It seems McCain is just a nose ahead of Romney while Clinton, the only Democrat on the ballot, doesn't appear to be getting a clear majority. After Hillary's slimy and self serving sudden change of heart and breaking her promise not to campaign in Florida I hope the ***** loses to undecided. How sad would it be if she's the only one on the ballot and still can't get a majority?

Not as bad as losing to a dead guy....but close.

        That would amuse me.

I'm curious to see if she (or the dem party) brings up the Rezko issues that have come up this week. (For those that don't know, Tony Rezko is a chicago guy who is under indictment for various things related to real estate fraud/extortion, and has ties to many democrats and republicans in Chicago, including Barrack Obama (he lived next door to him, or something like that).

He was arrested for breaking bail yesterday due to some shady money coming in from Lebanon. Clinton brought him up in the South Carolina primary, but it didn't do much obviously. He's the one "bad" egg in Obama's basket, though, so undoubtedly she'll push on it some more. We'll see what happens on that end...

It amuses me, as I haven't seen a word from Obama about Whitewater (though I don't follow it that closely, so who knows). Obama hasn't been accused of any significant wrongdoing in this, not nearly to the level the Clintons were accused of...

I guess she almost has to, but I am sickened by Clinton celebrating this victory. I think if I were an American, I'd vote for a Republican over her.

Depends on the Republican. I'd probably vote for McCain over Hillary.

Hey, I was just going through my desk drawer and found a return envelope for John Kerry for President, Inc. I wonder if he still expects me to send him money.

Obama and Edwards are on the ballot, dufus.

edit: it even says so in the article you linked. Jesus Christ.

Considering the crushing demographic advantages 59% female, 40% over 60 old it would be hard for her not too. Theirs no organized campaigning or get out the vote efforts so only the die-hards are voting which is to Hillary's advantages as Obama's supporters are the type that don't normally vote.

                            Yeah I caught that too.

For better or worse, McCain's the nominee. I think he's a lot weaker than everyone thinks he is, though (but still stronger than the other candidates). More than any other candidate, he's inexorably tied to Iraq. And I'm pretty certain Iraq's gonna look far worse in November...

Also, Charlie Crist looks like the kingmaker. In the (IMO unlikely) event of a McCain victory in the general, look for him to get a cushy cabinet position.

Clinton was always going to win, given that the other candidates didn't campaign in the state. She was the favorite to win the nomination yesterday, and tonight didn't do much to change that either way.
