Cold Weather Is Disgusting

Why complain about cold-- you can dress for it easily enough-- Really hot weather is worse. If you are not in an ac environment or a pool, you are uncomfortable

With good clothing, you can actually be very very comfortable for hours in cold weather

It's been sucky for the last few days. It's been below zero, but not that cold and it has been raining. Impossible to clothe yourself properly. Snow has been melting away, so everything is just ice, wet ice. Rains, windy and grrh, just sucks. Cold sucks, yes, but I hope it gets a bit colder and fast.

Anything from -10 to -15C is just fine. That's 14 to 5F for the archaic system of counting. I just hope it won't be -35, because that will suck whne the wind blows hard

There's a difference in cold. I've been in cold with snow where I could actually walk around. Not here.
Not with humid cold and wind blowing 3-40 and the change that brings it. It may drop 50 degrees, go back up again, then drop again.

Warm is fine-- but HOT??? What do you wear outside (and not be in a pool or in the ocean) in 40 degrees celcius and be comfortable? Say you are walking outside.. . .

Cold is easier to fix than hot. When it's hot out I can't put on an airconditioned suit, but when it's cold out I can put on clothes to make me warm...

Teh blood vessels close to teh skin constrict, which causes more blood to go to teh brain, giving an exhilarating minirush.

It was once 115 in downtown L.A. It took me awhile to figure out why I was the only one walking down the street.

Cold is something meant for polar bears, penguins, and Canadians.

20f easily fo rme as well. You can have very beautiful days with that weather, in fact you often do.... so easy for me as well, 100f OTOH? Aaargh
