I'm not a huge fan of winter, but I do love snow. Gimme snow and the cold is ok. Cold w/o snow does suck.
I actually wish it (specifically the air temp) had been colder yesterday/today, though. If it had been, we'd have gotten snow. Instead, we got freezing rain. Getting out of my driveway this morning was interesting.

if i switched the angle so the brick would be the background, the frozen half of the tree would be hidden!
i just thought it was LOLish that only half the tree was covered in ice so i took a pic when i was on my way to band practice.

We've actually got cold weather and decent snowcover in Decmber for the first time in several years. Almost makes me forget about global warming. I'll take warm over cold any day, but if it's going to be cold, it might as well get cold enough to snow and stay cold enough to prevent the melt/freeze/melt/freeze cycles.
The undeserving maintain power by promoting hysteria.
