              Who cares if he appears at court? It's a traffic ticket for gawd sakes. If he doen't appear then he is deemed not to dispute the charge. Mail him the fine. This doesn't have to be difficult.

                      The nearly 10-minute video clip, which has drawn nothing but negative comments toward the trooper on YouTube


                      I confess I had no idea that YouTube commenters were that uniformly moronic.

                        The law is as your legislators write it. If the pinheads in Utah deem it necessary to have all speeders attend at court then they are being silly. As I said, this doesn't have to be difficult.

                              The guy failed the attitude test when he was pissy with the cop after being asked for his license and registration. This puts him in the same bracket as the rest of the nob jockeys out there. You might be pissed that you got pulled but whats the point of taking it out on the cop, its not like hes going to make your life easier if you make his life harder
