I wonder how these psychos are so detail oriented. I mean, he had planned this for a good while. He posted his youtube video, that he had edited himself and everything, yesterday. Naming it Jokela Massacre with a date and everything. Got that permit for a gun, wrote manifestos, just planned everything and it took a lot of time as well, you can' tjust wing it.

So as far as people flipping out and doign somethign crazy, this dude as a cold and calculating one adn he didn't freeze up during the execution time. So.... a true psycho. It always gets me though, with the other school shootings as well... why would you kill others when you just want to kill yourself? To make the news? Is there a fantasy where you are the #1 news in many countries for a while that makes you do it?

Also, if you think you are ubermensch and you need to waste some people, why would you then kill yourself afterwards?

I think the scary part is to admit that there's very little we can do to stop these things from happening. When real deal killers like this guy does it, they do it and never hesitate. Fortunately there aren't many who are insane like this with fantasies of murdering random people.

I also think there are ways to screw this up. Now, first screw up is to start banning stuff that really never played a big role in this. Besides, if it's video games, music, internet forums banned and censored... ****, I'd rather live knowing some random maniac might flip out and do something crazy than have stuff banned.

Second way to screw this up is to be too afraid. This should teach the opposite. Some random jackass might just do things like these, so better not stay afraid every day of your life and not enjoy things. Better enjoy things and take every day as they come, because it might end if you are in the wrong place in the wrong time and you never had a chance. So why woudl I be afraid? I'd rather be happy and take advantage of the days alive.
