Wrong. It's easy to imagine when you are discriminated against; it's difficult to prove. It's also really easy to forget the times you aren't discriminated against, and it's very hard to forget the times you are discriminated against.

Education does such a thing and racial mixed classes where you get hands on experience on the fact that black children can be as nice but also as dumb as white children.

Every boss I have ever had is black, so in my experiance there is no reason to think they are not making it "to the top."

In any case you have failed to show where equally qualified black candidates are not hired simply because of their race. Hint: just because a white guy gets hired over a black guy when equally qualified does not mean it was because of race.

The problem is that people don't see things objectively especially children. In our own minds we want to believe that our race is superior.

Now education is very important if it is done properly. Students should be shown the cost of racism on society, and how our prejudices are wrong. But just putting blacks in classes with whites isn't going to go very far to end racism.

I don't know if you want to say that we aren't born racist. In my experience children tend to prefer their own race. If you teach them to be racist that will just reinforce it though.

Actually, this is the problem. The black person's point of view is unreliable, because they lack important pieces of information.

Being black and not being hired does not mean you are discriminated against.

Being black, being extraordinarily qualified, and not being hired numerous times might, in fact, be evidence of discrimination. But this requires a good amount of evidence. As I said, it's hard to prove. Sure, it does happen, but I don't really think the scenario I provided is the norm.

The only accurate point of view in this situation is the employer's, who knows who he hires and who he doesn't and what his reasons are.
