Wiglaf, I'll share with you what happened to us in Cebu in the Phils. My brother in law was driving us in heavy traffic. A bunch of cars we jammed up to make a busy right. All the traffic cut loose and started moving incl the car ahead of us. I'm always watchful for cons so I'm watching that car which for no reason hit his brakes when we were closing to make the turn. I yelled stop! and we stopped I swear an inch off his bumper. He and his bud got out and claimed we hit him and were pointing at some spot on the bumper. It was a con, these guys wanted the westerner (me) to hand them some money to go away. That didn't happen and they got laughed off.

No, we were stopped and waiting to turn. When things got moving they sprung the trap, but failed.
