It would be nice to get an explaination from her about it. She might have wanted to get something as soon as possible. If she would have waited to get her car fixed Wiggy would have already cancelled the card and she wouldn't have gotten anything.

The only time she drove too slow was when she slammed on the brakes. Other times she was going the limit, and at one point she was going extremely fast to prevent him from passing. Sounds like she was all over the map, not just some slow little old lady.

Fine, so she happened to be going slow at that moment also. How does that change the fact that she drove aggressively when she floored it?

The hag is going the speed limit. Then he makes a pass attempt foiled by her accelerating. After returning to a position behind her the hag proceeds to slam on the brakes resulting in a crash. Thats breaking the law atleast twice there. What dont you understand about this?

It means that she's not aggressive and therefore didn't drive aggressively.
