            States with bigger mountains:

            Alaska Mt. McKinley 20,320
            Arizona Humphreys Peak 12,633
            California Mt. Whitney 14,494
            Colorado Mt. Elbert 14,433
            Hawaii Mauna Kea 13,796
            Idaho Borah Peak 12,662
            Montana Granite Peak 12,799
            Nevada Boundary Peak 13,140
            New Mexico Wheeler Peak 13,161
            Oregon Mt. Hood 11,239
            Utah Kings Peak 13,528
            Washington Mt. Rainier 14,410
            Wyoming Gannett Peak 13,804

13 out of 50 have taller peaks. 26% of the states have taller stature than Texas.

            Texas has mountain envy.

So long as no one listens in on my phone calls to my mom, I should be fine. They need a warent for that anyways, right?

Sloww and Tiamat, I talked to the guy and he said Irving or Grand Prairie area. So what's good out there?

Yeah, I moved to a red state. Really it's not that bad if you can tolerate different views. You might get home sick though. I desire to be around people who agree with you more often.

Maybe in Las Colinas area. That's the north part of Irving..

Is the job in the Irving/Grand Prairie area? Evidently?

Hi, Lefty. And thank you for pointing out that now they can say that Texas is cruelty and cannot be refined.

                            REALLY appreciate it.

                              I GOT IT!!!!

I got the position. We need to get the relocation expenses out of the way and then I'll be moving down there.

That's it. I('m leaving the only place I've ever lived. I'm leaving my friends and family. I'm leaving my comfortable surroundings and culture (Detroit has culture, we just don't tell others about it).

I'm not in the least bit scared.
