Why do people go to the gym but then only do cardio?

    • I squat three times a week anyway This releases a lot of growth hormone which stimulates growth everywhere so why would anyone neglect there largest muscle group..

          Day 1:

          Push-ups (3 x 10, for warmup)
          Bench press (4 x 6-8)
          Flat-bench flyes (3 x 6-8)
          Lying triceps extension (3 x 6-8)
          Flat-bench dumbbell press (3 x 6-8)
          Hanging leg raises (3 to failure)
          Squats (3 x 6-8)
          Hamstring curls (3 x 6-8)
          One of those leg machines which makes you look like a butterfly (3 x 6-8)
          Swiss ball crunches (3 to failure)
          Machine chest press (3 x 10)
          Machine flyes (3 x 10)
          Machine triceps pressdown (3 x 10)
          Standing cable flyes (2 to failure)

          Day 2:

          Chinups (2 to failure)
          Pullups (2 to failure)
          Seated bicep curls (2 x 6)
          Seated hammer curls (2 x 8)
          Behind-the-neck Smith Machine shoulder press (4 x 6-8)
          Bent-over dumbbell reverse flyes (2 x 6-8)
          Standing lateral raises (2 x 6-8)
          Cable bar curl (3 x 6-8)
          The one where you pull the cable bar up in front of your body to your neck, for anterior delts and rotator cuff (2 x 6-8)
          Bent-over barbell row (4 x 6-8)
          Dumbbell deadlift (3 x 8)
          Barbell deadlift (3 x 6)
          Cable crunch (3 to failure)
          Machine close-grip pulldown (3 x 8)
          Machine curls (3 x 8)
          Machine shoulder press (3 x 8)
          Hanging leg raises (3 to failure)
          Alternating grip pullups (2 to failure)

          Most are supersetted so it gets me done and out in 60-75 minutes.

            3 * bodyweight chins
            2 * flat dumbell press
            3 * bent over rows
            2 * incline dumbell press
            4 * squats
            2 * dips
            2 * some kind of curls
            finish with a farmer's walk
