I understand your question but I refuse to ruin a good joke by PHding it for the children present."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

I take it this will be indoors then?
such a colossal waste of energy. We do have a global warming crisis on our hands people!
In any case, that much acreage indoors would be very high overhead (and Dallas isn't cheap), they'd have to charge high prices. I don't see the business working out.
Wet n' Wild (water them park) couldn't even make it in Las Vegas (one of the hottest cities in the country) because of high property values.
So the question is, who in the hell is going to pay over $100 to ski?

I can see it now. 100+ degrees fahrenheit (37.777777777778+ celsius for you backwards people) with skiing going on. Victor, you're a dumbass. Read the article, or read where Oerdin, for one, didn't read the article.
Dis, you worldly fellow. How much do you think skiing costs?Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

I'm predicting very high overhead for this place. It will do well at first because of the novelty, and it will fade fast.

"It sounds kind of crazy, although they have one in Dubai or some place," said Dick Snyder, a skier. Time is the key. The advantage someone living in Denver or Salt Lake or even Pittsburgh or San Diego (or Calgary?) has is being able to, you know, get in a few runs after work. Or on a quick weekend afternoon.
If you live in a ski deprived city you cant do that. No matter how much youre willing to pay. Unless youre like willing to charter a private jet (and yes, theres a fly-in lodge near Canaan Valley, West Virginia). This gives someone the opportunity to stay in practice while they await their 1 week trip to Colorado or Utah. And it will be the only one in Dall-FW, so it doesnt need even a large percentage of the folks who ski regularly."A person cannot approach the divine by reaching beyond the human. This thread is on par with Drake's astonishing revelation Walmart would sell energy saving bulbs. Teh revolution.
