They cant find a sympathetic left wing lawyer willing to represent them for free? Such guys are like a dime a dozen over here.
Its better to fight for your rights in the streets than in the courtrooms? Better a violence obsessed Europe than a court room obsessed Europe?
Wow. I mean, wow.
I think of the law as another principle of democracy and progressive politics, and think that lawful means, including peaceful political activity, and the courts, are the proper recourse against a state that is violating a contract. Not violence. In some instances a state may have become so authoritarian that these methods are not useful and violence is necessary. I dont see any evidence that that is the case in Denmark,
