No. Do you have a quote saying the nazis opposed either universal education, or the bare basics of the welfare state? Health care had been introduced in Germany by Bismarck, whom the Nazis worshipped. They were supported by industrialists, but AFAIK the German industrialists accepted the basic welfare state, even if they opposed its expansion.

Anyway, like most good anglo-saxons I think of the law as another principle of democracy and progressive politics, and think that lawful means, including peaceful political activity, and the courts, are the proper recourse against a state that is violating a contract. Not violence. In some instances a state may have become so authoritarian that these methods are not useful and violence is necessary. I dont see any evidence that that is the case in Denmark,
