But kid the kitchen help and the janitors get the filet too!! Its one of the perks for those that work in the camps. Its a harsh environment and good food is a relatively cheap means to alleviate that .

Filet is not that common actually but Lobster and steak happens at least a couple of times a month.

Oh and the qualifications for these jobs are basically to be able to respirate effectively -- They are desparate for workers
