Maybe it's true that you are still in love with her. That's what it looks like when you keep the pictures on your harddrive. That's stupid. I also don't think you were honest with her by telling her, because you probably told her that you aren't in love with her.

I find the "naked pictures that weren't sexual in anyway and I don't love her anymore" difficult to believe, Lor. As did your ex, I imagine.

I was once "in love with" my (then) best friend, in highschool. I got to watch her (in a manner of speaking) date a complete jerk... and I got to hear about their sex life. That was wonderful. But things worked out great for me in the end. No idea how she ended up... I know she joined the army and ended up marrying some soldier she met, but that's the extent of it.

Funny, I thought the same thing once. Classic case of girl likes boy, boy doesn't know it, boy misses opportunity, girl moves on, boy is *then* smitten...

But then, years later, she came to visit me up at college. I was, at that moment, unattached. She comes out with "I wish I'd been with you after all" and makes it pretty clear that we could make up for lost time if I wanted to. I didn't, though, and that was that.

Well, I didn't say they weren't sexual, exactly. But my bestfriend loves taking pictures of herself (mm vanity) and likes sending them to me, and in some of the pictures she happens not to be wearing much clothing.
