Halo 2 was, and presumptively Halo 3 will be, a better shooter than anything I've heard of for the Wii. There's also that Gears of War thing, etc.

For flight sims, they aren't huge nowadays but I imagine they'd be a hell of a lot more fun on Wii than 360 just because of the controller. Asher doesn't agree, but then Asher sees no difference between the Wii controller and a pair of analog sticks in terms of fun and ease of use.

Just don't get a bloody PS3, that thing's giving off serious Dreamcast vibes.

Uh Asher stop throwing around the 125,000 figure, THEY SOLD THAT MANY BECAUSE THEY HAD THAT MANY. If there were two million PS3s they 'd all sell, I don't have anything to back that up though in terms of verifiability.

Um. I was just showing how many were sold. The figure stands, regardless if they can't produce that many. The Xbox 360 was in the same boat last holiday season, if you'll recall.

And no, I don't think they'd sell 2 million at launch @ 600 bucks a pop. The Wii, likely -- PS3, no.

Elok makes a very valid point. The question is, is there a game to capitalize on it? I hardly think Mario or Luigi could be... useful material... for that sort of thing, and Link's a kid, isn't he?
