I don't see it as harsh.
Sony has little to no concern about public safety nor privacy. They sat on the knowledge that their batteries have exploded for a long time and are still taking their time in trying to fix it.
They are such a "proud"/arrogant company that they refuse to admit mistakes. also if I wanted to buy a console--I haven't owned one for years but I wouldn't mind some shooter of jetfighter fun games-- which would you folks recommend?
I was half tempted to try to pick up a Wii in a few months.
