edit: at least as far as shirts are concerned... a pair of jeans might easily cost that money, but I personally still try and find stuff for less. But then I might just not aim high enough

Oerdin, you have those outlets like Sloww suggested. They are cheap as hell. Everything is like 20 bucks. You can't even get a white general crappy t-shirt in here with 20 bucks. ****, you can't evne get a coffee to go with 20 bucks soon. Outlets are a steal, go there.

It would be hard to pimp in a t-shirt from Target.

That said I've noticed the store Express has some nice looking shirts which are similiar to designer shirts but for the $40-$60 range. That's between 30% to 50% cheaper then brands like Armani though the fabric often isn't as nice. Still, I got a woven pinstripe shirt with French style cuffs for $49.99.
