        I myself have never seen any of the HBO shows because i don;t pay for HBO- the point being, the show would get far more exposure and would porbably have more stable financing. I assume the DVD sales for the series have been strong, but ratings remain low, and this is not a cheap show to make.

              Yeah, but at least NBC advertises for it on their time, and it's on iTunes, so... there's at least some promotion.

                Yeah. I pay for the cable channel, and I do watch it, but I still watch the BBC transmissions that my friends from all over the world share with me.

                So I know all about the hawtness that is David Tennant's Tenth Doctor.

                (...don't judge me because I don't know the millions of friends who share Doctor Who with me anonymously!)

                  Over 50,000 Black people in the state of Florida had their right to vote illegally stripped from them before the 2000 election. That's vote fraud. The people who did it were Republicans and knew they were breaking the law. That doesn't even include the GOP controled County of Duval causing 27,000 Black votes to be spoiled by using broken machines in Black precincts.

                              I came to it fairly late (mid 2nd season), but I just got the miniseries from Netflix and the first season (and 2.0, for the few I did miss before I started watching every week) are on the list as well. I shall have them all watched before October .

                                Gotta hold out until the entire season 2 comes out on DVD. And I got my wife and daughter hooked on it, so they are itching for it too.

                                I am really tempted to get 2.0, but I know I will get screwed on price when the rest of season 2 comes out.

                                Until then, it's watching Firefly...
