It's quite easy if you're light and have strong stomach muslces like me heh

Provost are you going to say it should be spelt Lazarus ? I know, I've known since the start, this was my way of standing out and avoiding clones in a game I played around 10 years ago heh
Learn to overcome the crass demands of flesh and bone, for they warp the matrix through which we perceive the world. Extend your awareness outward, beyond the self of body, to embrace the self of group and the self of humanity. The goals of the group and the greater race are transcendant, and to embrace them is to acheive enlightenment.

I'm a member at Fitness First, sometimes I wish I was blind, because when I go there, all I can see are a bunch of fags looking at their faggy bodies thinking how much of a *** they are and how awesome it is to be a ***.

      Fags. ( no offense )

Swimming is great for your heart and muscular tonus, 'cause swimming affects almost all of your muscles. It's good for your health.
Professional swimming, just like any other professional sport is anything about, but health. In addition to lifting-up weights in a gym, the competing swimmers also use some medication to achieve a better results. Do you think it's great for their health?

Zkrib, yeah it is and it's cold!

Man, I worked out last night and thought my arms were going to fall off. Plus I feel like a rubber band. My friend from work is a pro, we do a set then stretchs. He says I'll be able to kick over my head again before too long. Amazing.

MrsT, you can swim in the streams on hwy 36. Go towards Eugene and instead of going over the bridge go to the stop and keep going straight. These's spots to park along the stream.

Also if you go to Driftwood Shores and park and hike up the beach a few miles you'll find a sizable stream that can be warm enough to swim if we go through a hot spell.

Bad Lancer! You didn't get out of shape in one day; you're not going to get back into shape in one day. Beginning your workouts with megaworkouts only (a) hurts and (b) gives you a motivation to quit. You have to start slow and work up to things. You're not Lancenegger after all.

                          Exactly

Especially your friend, as a pro,
will be in danger of overestimating
                          the amount of exercise,
which might be good for you.

No, we started out light, I'm just out of shape. We'll be lifting three to four nights a week when we hit our pace. Zkrib, not to worry. I lift a beer my arms fall off.

Wittlich, I figure the 'report post' button on that one is about worn out.

I'm working into my swimming program eeeeeasily.

I just walked passed the Y, didn't go in, bought a slice of pizza and a diet coke (had lunch), read my paperback (The Colour of Magic), walked back passed the Y, and didn't go in again. Whew! I'm all tuckered out.
