Wow. The USA are certainly the fightingest - well, until Australia play again.
Entertainment, but not a great game by any means. The Americans prove the old maxim that "a fighting spirit embiggens the averagest team".
Italy can go out if they lose to the Czech Republic now, and the USA get a high-scoring defeat to Ghana, or Ghana just win by any score.
