The F-22 can fly faster longer, has a larger payload, and has stealth.
Stealth is overrated. It is said that the Russians, the Brits, and probably some others also, have found ways to detact stealth planes.
Also, IIRC, the Serbs shot down a F-117. So somebody probably had a good look at it already.

F-117 designed to trick UHF radar, not VHF radar used in S-75 SAM complex.
Two years ago Russians introduced new "Nebo-U" digital phased array radar, which makes Spirits and Raptors a bunch of wasted money.
You also compared the EF to the B-1 lancer. The B-1 Lancer was designed in the 70s, long before your EF was thought up. If it has the same ratio when comparing radar cross sections, well, cmon man, the B-1 is a fast attack bomber designed before stealth was stealth. The EF has the same ratio? Bad.
Wrong. Stealth properties are known since many years ago. SR-71 and U-2 were already designed to maintain a low radar signal. The B-1 incorporates Stealth technology widely. His radar profile is about a 2% of the B-52, Both planes being aproximately of the same size.

The B-1 was designed to fly "nap of the earth" to avoid radar. The main reason that its radar cross section is so much lower than the B-52 is because it is a supersonic plane, and hence streamlined heavily. Do you think they would have left those huge square intakes on the engines if they were serious about stealth?
