    I don't need your solidarity.

I just don't want to have to accept responsibility for aggie. He's a sheep-******** NZ filosofiser who snuck into Canada.

What do you have against Ag? He's a lefty. I see you moving towards more moderation. Watch yourself. Where is the socialist I once knew.

Lefty and smart don't necessarily go together.

I'd rather talk to a clever evil bastard like you than a mushy-headed lefty.

I bruised his ego in an argument years ago (I can't even remember what it was about, but he was nice to me before that). He's such a Queen he won't let it go.

I honestly thought you were joking.

Roman philosophy is largely bastardized Greek philosophy. From a literary perspective some of it is good, but it's not really good philosophy. Even the best philosophy of the later Roman Empire is written in the Greek language.

And de Toqueville isn't really a philosopher either. Sure, he's an interesting guy on his own merits, but he's not really a philosopher.

The long drawn out wars to achieve global supremacy would be fun to watch.

OK. The Greeks still win by a hefty margin. Hell, even the Romans admitted that. Why do you think most educated Romans spoke Greek?
