IRONY OF IRONIES: 'museum of tolerance' on Muslim graves...
Interesting if this was also your opinion about the incident where Mohammed Al-dura was shot. Would you also label that as "throwing petrol", especially when it isn't clear who fired the bullets that hit Mohammed.
Dude, the attention span of the world's public opinion isn't nearly long enough to remember this...
Yeah, who the **** is Mohammed Al-dura?

The code got messed up (and I'm not really sure why).

And I'd agree, it was real television, so its newsworthy and should be shown at least once... however, replaying it over and over falls into what MOBIUS was saying about deliberate incitement (and IIRC, it was used for exactly that).

Mohammed Al-dura was ****ing real television... and even now, I feel really sad. Even if it's something who happens everyday.

Yes, and yet, the video, which very quickly became a passionate propoganda film, has largely been responsible for fueling up the conflict.

Though, to be clear they have a RIGHT to show it over and over, I'm just discussing whether it is ethical/moral.

If we're not going to base our laws according to what's ethical and moral, what are we going to base our laws on?
Do you ban (or want banned) everything you find immoral or unethical?
For example, morally speaking, most people would say it is wrong for the KKK to march in a Jewish neighborhood. But those who believe in free speech also know that that moral concern doesn't matter.
In the same token, you can say the replaying an inciteful clip designed to rile people up is immoral or unethical, but you can still do it.
