I'd agree. I was talking about the general comparison, though. My point was that they (Israel & the Palestinians) are still wrapped up in the conflict. Restitution is something that happens a long time after the dust settles, so to speak.

He did say "most countries." The U.S. is a good example of one that didn't. Unless you count the grandiose generosity in allowing Native Americans to build Casinos! Now there's restitution for ya!
