Theo is part of the problem, a huge part of the problem.

Huet didn't seem to be doing much better.

Oh, I agree

The habs need a complete overhaul at this point. Whatever was working earlier this season fell apart.

I think Huet is nothing more than an average backup goalie, and given the fact that the team stopped trying after Theo got pulled, he wasn't getting any help.

So Ethan Moreau is out til after the Olympics at least, and now Jason Smith is out with a "bruised toe"?

Both have played more games than that wimp Regehr.

I don't recall Regehr missing games because of a "bruised toe".

Hamrlik, while he's out injured a lot, they're legit injuries. Hell, he played 2 periods of his last game with a frickin' broken hand.

There's no need for Smith to play since we have spare, good d-men.

Does Calgary have any spare defence? Results against St Louis seem to say not.

Calgary has the deepest defense out of any of the teams in the NHL.

There's several players still on the farm team with some NHL experience. In the game against St. Louis, instead of recalling Richie Regehr as usual, Giordano was recalled and given assloads of ice time in his first NHL game. Even was on the powerplay's first line. He's directly responsible for some stupid moves onthe powerplay, for instance.

The game was mostly a throwaway test, and one that should've been won anyway.

That said, St. Louis is leading Detroit right now, too.

I still don't see how you can blame anything about the Calgary Defense for a 2-2 tie going into the shootout, with the second St. Louis goal being bull**** anyway.
