When NYE complained it was equally baseless -- his allegation was I removed the trade voting thing to expedite my trade that was in progress. A quick check of the league log shows that the change did not impact my pending trade at all, I still had to wait as per the rules when the trade was initiated.

And now you're being rather offensive about a trade you considered unfair, and are trying to blame me for it. It's rather pathetic, IMO.

There were goalies available for free who wouldn't have cost him a point a game player. He just flushed any chance of winning 3 stats when he didn't need to.

Looking good to me, but Joseph and Garon continue to suck and Huet continues to look good.

I'm not going to roll it back unless Boo wants to. We both agreed to the trade, it'll stick unless he says otherwise.

I'm not going to go in and edit people's rosters just because some people don't think it's a fair trade, but from what it looks like right now he even got the better end of it. If I roll it back now and Huet stays hot for the rest of the season, I'm sure I'd get flack from you guys for editing teams and undoing a trade. It seems all you guys wanna do is b*tch and moan.

That's how it works in a fantasy league (and used to in this one).

I'm not treating Boo like a moron, either. By his own admission the trade is a sop to you. Therefore it should be rolled back.

No offense, joncha, but I don't think you get it. We've been over this, twice -- nobody seemed interest in instituting a voting system.

If people want to institute one now, say so, and future trades will be subject to it.

Just like when I changed the rules during the original trade, what happened before the rule changes stick.

I'm the commish of the league, and I'm sticking to the rules that are instituted. You guys wanna add in voting for trades, then speak up and if 6 or more of you guys want it, we'll do it. But it isn't retroactive.

If Boo wants to roll it back, I will. It sticks until then.

At least 4 people said it was stupid right away. No one said otherwise.

This was brought up again. Nobody said anything bad about it again, even when I made it clear if most people wanted back I'd put it back.

It was a consentual trade, not a BS trade. Huet is an asset to his team. In fact I'm regretting trading him already with Garon and Joseph's performances tonight.

But the trade was made,and if Boo wants it undone it will be undone.

Simple as that.

This trade is the problem, Asher, and is why the rule never should have been changed in the first place.

People had two opportunities to vote against removing the trade waiting period, and didn't say or do anytihng about it.

Cry a little louder, and vote again. Third time's a charm.

You picked up Huet and just about immediately made the trade proposal to Boo.

You broke the rules of the game.

Roll it back. Boo should have Huet for free.
