Second round. Khabibulin went later than I thought he would, but I still didn't want him. My league's slightly smaller than this one, though.

Anyway, you picked him over Luongo, too. That's just sad.

With Florida's defense? You have to be kidding me, that's like getting a goalie into a shooting range. We don't get points for every save, just sv% and GAA...seeing as Florida has **** for defencemen, it'd be a disaster. He's still not the best goalie for a first rounder.

My pick, of course, would've been Kipper...but I was "lucky" enough to get the last draw, of course.

I have a low tolerance for incessant stupidity and annoyances, and you've pushed it for the second time. I've PMed several people asking if they want to take the reigns of the team, and we'll see what happens.

Worst case is it'll be a ghost team.

Luongo outperformed Khabibulin last season, and he outperformed him this season by an even greater margin (IMO, because Khabibulin went to an absolutely terrible team.)

I don't really see what's so surprising about Luongo being a better pick.

notyoueither, if you actually looked at what has happened, it's you that has been acting pretty despicable.

1) You blatantly lied, repeatedly, accusing me of being a cheat before and using my powers of commish to accelerate a trade. And again, now.
2) Boo made a bad decision and traded me a player just because he thought he was done rather than negotiating -- which is not my fault. I told Boo he shouldn't trade for those reasons, and askedif Boo wanted it undone, I finally relented to your demands and undid the trade in the meantime, and I didn't even get any acknowledgement from you. You still proceeded to push my buttons, call me a cheat, and generally be an ass.

Then there's joncha, who agreed with my assessment that 2day waits for trades were stupid back in November -- made no comment about it until this trade and then accused me of changing it without consulting anyone. Again, confronted with his hypocrisy and lies, no apology or acknolwedgement.

You two are some of the sadest hockey pool players I've ever met. I've tried to be a fair commish and do things in a diplomatic ways, but with your childish antics and attitudes I'm just through with it. I'm not surprised this is your first pool, nye -- it shows.

The sadest part of this all is you and joncha have this mental image of yourself with a halo over your head throughout this entire debacle. You were the ones out of order and offensive, and instead of clamping down on your teams like other commishes I've been with have done with misfits, I'm just bowing out myself.
