    I couldn't get it to work so I did it the old fashion way

    I've been to more than 20 countries in Europe but so far I've been able to steer clear of France

            should be getting more out of the box, me thinks...



            edit: technicly speaking I went to Yugoslavia, but since I travelled through it numorous times to Greece, I spend enough time in various places there to pick the various fragments of it now.
            For Checkoslovakia, I disregarded Slovakia.

            I vistited the DDR as well

            It's actually pretty weird to have visited countries that don't 'exist' anymore...

              Sea Level Rise

              Combines population density with an elevation map to show how many people are at risk given a certain amount of sealevel rise. Obviously doesn't mean that the sea will rise that much, but it still shows you how coastal our species is.

                  I need to get out of Western Europe.

                  At least my ten day visit to Moscow years ago makes it look like I've been places. Except if I now plan a rough and wild trek through Siberia in winter the map will still look the same. Bah! Siberia will have to wait till last then.

                      It would look more impressive if Greenland was automatically added for Denmark, like Spitzbergen is for Norway.

                            We should just annex Greenland. We need more frozen wasteland, and all it does is make the Danes feel like they're not completely insignificant. Then Sweden can just annex Denmark and be done with it.
