Yeah, strange, eh? Looking across the board is fun...for example - anyone would normally love 12 assists, but this week it falls to Asher or myself. Same thing for my 10 PPP - works in my matchup but wouldn't have against Flamers or Wingnuts.

And we'd be pretty even without Shanahan playing out of his mind for the week and that one Toronto game (Allison and McCabe getting the only assists)... which BTW, accounts for 10 of your assists and 9 PPP's

It was an intelligent choice to get Kaberle and McCabe -- when one gets a point, the other gets a point too. Allison was a recent pickup because I've noticed he's been getting lots of points also when those two do. Lo and behold, it is working.

A single goal from the Leaf's main scorers can give me 3 points now.

Shanahan is also on fire, making up for a week or two of sucking ass himself. I almost dropped him this week.

There's talk here about breaking up the McCabe-Kaberle pairing, so keep an eye out.

The Flames are reportedly "very interested" in acquiring a play-making centre to feed Iggy. Names dropped were Patrick Marleau, Doug Weight, Olli Jokinen, Jason Allison, Brad Richards, Marc Savard and Oleg Kvasha.

They came to their senses, and the New Years Eve Edm @ Cgy game will now be in HD instead of Toronto @ NJ.

okay, if it is installed in time, I'm going to first watch the Rangers/Avs game at 4PM, then Sharks/Ducks at 7PM (central time)

then let's see here... monday I got Buffalo/Philly at 6pm and then LA/Vancouver at 9PM...

for now I'm paying attention to games where I have players on my fantasy team... but I'm going to TiVo all the games and watch the ones that interest me.

This will be tough because I don't want to know the scores before watching them if I record them.
