Yeah, I agree. We should continue to erase all the vestiges of history's cultures. I can think of a few museums in Rome, Athens, and Alexandria that need burning. There are those useless pyramids in Central America that need tearing down.

Well yeah, I guess there are also differences between Englishmen in London and those in Liverpool, or between Frenchmen in Paris and Bordeaux. Doesn't make them separate ethnics though.

A better comparison would be the Englishmen up in York against those in London. There were significant historical differences between the two, even as today we would see those differences as insignificant. Secondly I would assert the idea of a sole German nationality is more a historical construct of the late 19th century then a reality.
