Crystal? Or just popping pills? Because the difference is huge.

the marijuana stuff was mostly bull****

but the government keeps attacking it (it isn't the best.. but seems to be ~alcohol)

meth on the other hand has scientific studies that show that 1 year of steady use will decrease your brain size by 1%...

Kind of hard to maintain a job when you sleep through it.
Then set the alarm. Sheesh, I used the stuff for a couple years and didn't miss any work. In fact, I worked more hours in those 2+ years than any comparable period of my life, no vacation, no sick days. I did more than enough speed to mess me up if all the BS we're being told about it was true. I trust my real life experience more than the predictions of my impending doom.

Or do you not consider work important?
I dont sleep through it, if your brother does, thats his problem. Geez Dis, what are you talking about?

Personally, I can't stand people who can't take care of themselves. This is why I despise welfare. This is why I don't give a **** about most of those hurricane Katrina victims. And they were poor argument doesn't fly with me. The illegal and legal immigrants in my city are poor, but they can make it accross a scorching desert with no transportation. Sorry, I'm ranting. I'll save that for another thread.
Maybe you need some Ritalin/meth for that ADD

In summary, you have people who can't take care of themselves, and expect the goverment to take care of them. .

You just summarised a rant better left for another
        debate.

Rufus, often crystal. We used to get it straight from a lab in San Diego.

But usually just crank, never used it in pill form.

And body fat by much more. Say, I wonder if we have fat in our brains. I wonder if the brain of a 250 lb man shrinks a bit when he drops a 100 lbs. Do you have a link? Got me curious, I've heard of de-calcification from not eating enough.

The problem with speed is not the drug but the lack of rest and nutrition. I've heard it can cause heart attacks in people with weak hearts too. I never had a problem, I'd stay awake a few days, crash for about 12 hours, and I was right back to my normal self. But some people dont react too well to lack of sleep. The stuff was great for losing pounds and staying awake, but because some people had abuse problems, it was banned. One more thing, its a great antidote to drunkenness. We'd go out partying all night long just drinking like fish and not get drunk.

                30 years is too much.

On the other hand, giving Meth to juveniles is ridiculously bad. That'll get you hooked even once.

I would have given her 5 years prison, with 1 year probation. Then again, it depends on what state she's in cause their statutes might be different.

They said that about crack, I tried it a couple times (if you ignore all the freebase cocaine I did) and it did nothing for me. How do you tell if a drug hooked someone with 1 exposure? If they keep using it? How do you know they're "hooked" and not using it because they like it? I'm skeptical of such claims, consider the source - politicos in search of reasons to put us in cages came up with that assertion back when they were making all sorts of absurd predictions about babies born with crack in their systems.

Btw, any desire I had for cocaine disappeared when I tried speed. Weird, but true. So I then had a desire for speed but when I didn't have speed, I didn't have the urge for it smokers have for nicotine. I've experienced a wide range of "addiction" and only tobacco truly qualifies as an addiction in my book. Thats not to say other people react the same way of course, but I've heard heroin addicts say tobacco was even more addictive. I'd have to agree from my experience.

What she did was wrong but murders get out in 7-8 years so why give a women who had sex with teenage boys and shared drugs with them 30 years? Surely, murder is a worse crime and our punishments should reflect which crime is worse.

It does? Well thank God I never used it. Now explain how there can be thousands of people who used heroin and did not ruin their lives. Btw, cigs and booze "can ruin" your life, I've lost family to both, not to heroin.

Sure whatever Berz. You're a regular pharmacy.
                              "Whatever" is quite a rebuttal.
