How can you defend them grounding helicopters while he flew in? He's the President yes, an important man, but we have a Vice President in case **** happens.

Flying over this critical spot again this morning, less than 24 hours later, it became apparent that yesterday we witnessed a hastily prepared stage set for a Presidential photo opportunity; and the desperately needed resources we saw were this morning reduced to a single, lonely piece of equipment. And according to Kevin Drum over at the Washington Monthly they setup a fake staging where food and aid was supposed to be given, but after Bush left they tore down the staging area and left.

Grounding helicopters was probobly an automatic security thing, that yes should have been overridden, but no was not some evil plot by the President to kill poor black people.
