Dubya writes he's also heard the Germans might be developing such a weapon and to save US tax payers he's had a nifty idea and thinks the US should wait and see how the Germans go with it. Asks Einstein not to tell the English about atomic weapons because they can't be trusted and don't even worry about the Soviet Union.

Also points out to Einstein in a postscript that he has mispelt "nucular".
