They should run the tournament once every four years and the winners get the right to play England for the 'proper' World Cup.

They could call it the "World Cup final eliminator" tournament.

I think "surprised" was the wrong word, "give a ****" was maybe what i meant.

And I was speaking more from the view, "i dont know how the usa is doing in their qualifying, but it wouldnt surprise me either way if they qualified or not".
