Good thing too, Sky aint worth it. They charge what, £25 a month for all 3 sky sports channels?

Only England games they have that are worth watching are qualifiers that the BBC doesnt have, but then its just a qualifier.

Only football worth paying for is a one-off fee for EPL games with premplus.

my two big sports are football and boxing so I pay an American streaming site $3 a month and I get all the Premiership games and all the big US fights.

It's not quite the same as watching it on TV but its a damn site cheaper and I'm mostly too drunk to care (esp watching the yank boxing at 4am on a Sunday moring!)

Is Yorke still turning out for T&T?

          • Yep .

US should be up 3-0. Awful finishing by the Americans. But T&T have gotten a red card by bringing down Donovan by the collar as he was on a breakaway.

            • Holy ****! This ref in the US/T&T game is horribly biased against the US. It's amazing how horrid he is. We had an onside goal disallowed for offsides and I don't think we've had a call for us yet. 1-0 US still.

Though we should be up 5-0. Awful finishing and awful refeering leads to a close game that shouldn't have been.

              • Oh, so England getting thrashed in a friendly is discussed ad nauseum, but actual World Cup Qualifying isn't! Pah!

                • Yeah...one has to wander as to why...
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?

Still, it's pretty uncommon it happens before a tournament.

                      • My little piece of misery - Israel lost 2:3 to Poland.

We did beat the Ukraine after some penalties, though.

Whats to discuss? If the USA make it or not, i wont be that surprised either way.

While we all know if England dont make it, itll be the worst WC EVER! Theyll wheel out Diana Ross to cheer us up, but it wont work

                          • i can't believe that clinton morrison is going to norwich, i'm amazed none of the three promoted teams, or the likes of pompey and fulham came in for him. a decent striker who'll chip in with a few goals for £2 million, you wouldn't think he'd be short of offers

Regrettably, I don't think many will get it.
