You also have old people who can't drive, can't vote, and smell bad. :P

Hey Lancer...how's life? I'm crazy busy with new job and kids.
You haven't even seen our second boy, have you? Prosper is just as cute a little boy as he was a baby and smart as a whip to boot.
Sorry I haven't been in touch, but my own mother lives 10 minutes away and rarely sees me...such is the life of Mr. Big Shot Corporate Ladder Climber. Errrrg.
When will you be in Oregon again? Still living in X? Still in retail?

Sounds no different from the young folks.

Older than you but less mature. (Like that's even possible)

SuperSneak! Great to see you post. Two boys eh? That's like paradise. How old is Prosper now? I remember him as the strongest baby ever. Kid would take your finger in his little hand and give back a squished stump.

Still on the Oregon Coast, working at a casino these days, but that's not going to last, Philippines bound! Btw, Ben Kenobi is going to be in your town at the end of the month, you might want to meet...time permitting. Don't be a stranger! If your scedule ever permits you have to bring the family to a Philippine Poly meet one of these years.

"You have to put up with some inconveniences to live in paradise. It's not like the Phils don't get hit with typhoons. Plus, they have volcanoes."

che, the typhoon track is well to the north of our island and there are no volcanoes on our island. Next?

            Ben, PM replied to.

Old enough to enjoy life and not so old that you can't poop.

I put my lazy ass to work and found out I can fly with Lufthansa from Brussels to Manilla to the tune of €800-900 (tax incl) I can fly with Cathay from Amsterdam but that costs me more like €1100-1200.
Did ya see if there's a Phillipines Air Lines flight from Brussels to Manila? The reason I ask is that PAL is the only airline with a flight from Manila to Tagbalarian, so you could go all the way by air.

'Course, you can always switch airlines in Manila, but IIRC Lancer says that PAL is on one Manila terminal and all the other airlines are in another, so it's a bit of a hastle.
