                      Apparently 2/3 of the population grow extra nicotene receptors in the brain, so they find it hard, if not impossible to give up. 1/3 are easy come, easy go.

                        It's been 6 months for me, and I use to smoke a pack a day. I too thought it would be tough, and it was, but after a few weeks the craving become easier to ignore.

                        I feel much better
                        and I am sure my kid will be happier that I quit

                          I know your right UR my kids the two youngest came up to me and asked "when are you going to stop doing drugs" I was like wtf i dont do drugs and told them that and they said yes you do mom you smoke. boy are they smart now days or what
