but rape is a serious crime... I can't think of a more traumatic experience for a woman than to be raped. It should carry the death penalty. But I acknowledge the flaws in the legal system and would support a moratorium on the DP in order to reform the process.

I'd send these braniacs to jail also. They deserve to get raped by the rapists convicted there for rapign women. Why? For women who falsely accuse a man for raping her after deciding he was too ugly after the booze wore off or something like that, changing mind AFTER the actual act, jail, same time, 5 to 10 years. I can't think of more traumatic experience for a man than being accused of being a rapist when he's not. That stigma never leaves. I ask you, would you rather have a stigma of a killer, or a rapist? Anyway, the point is, that is almost as bad as raping itself. So, jail, hard time.
