Btw, this is my first time watching 24... interesting.. and I guess I'll watch if nothing better is one .“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.â€

24 is so lame. I laugh the the assertion that every episode is what happens in an hour.(\__/) 07/07/1937 - Never forget

I hope we get to see the new president more. So far, his character seems rather empty. All he did in the premiere was basically pace back and forth a little bit on AF1 and say "Let me talk to the Secretary of State".
I miss Palmer. He was a take-charge president.'There is a greater darkness than the one we fight. It is the darkness of the soul that has lost its way. I saw the first and second series, which were great, and the first episode of the third season... But I gave up on that one, because that episode was pretty lame, to be honest.

Shouldn't CTU know that the briefcase the guy was carrying in the train was stolen? I don't remember anyone bringing it up in last night's ep.'There is a greater darkness than the one we fight. You're assuming they would even know what the briefcase was, and that it was being transported on that train.
They might not have the faintest idea about it.
I'm curious as to how "the device" will tie into the kangaroo court of Heller."My nation is the world, and my religion is to do good." --Thomas Paine

I am not sure it is incompetence. I have a feeling she is playing for the other team, if you know what I mean.

Also I am having a feeling the "new kim" as you guys call her is going to play a part in helping Jack find the SecDef
It also looks like that the terrorist are operating out of an closed millitary base.
