Anyway:
Spoiler:That terrorist fellow masqueraded as Jack Bauer and got that hacker kid to come with him; Jack called the hacker when he wasn't at the platform, and the terrorist pulled a gun on the hacker. Ronnie (the CTU field agent guy) and Jack eventually tracked them down to a blue Lexus leaving the parking lot; Jack wanted to track the car in the hopes of being led to Heller, but Ronnie pulled rank and decided to take the suspect then. Jack... disagreed, in the way that Jack does. However, Ronnie adminstered a beat down, and cuffed Jack to some stairs.
The terrorist made Ronnie and shot him as he came out from behind cover, and sped off in the Lexus. Ronnie tossed Jack the keys to the cuffs, and Jack sped off in pursuit of the Lexus.
MEANWHILE, Berhooz delivers "the device" to the compound. As he leaves, he sees that he was followed by his girlfriend (let's call her the New Kim). Berhooz plays it off, but when he gets home his father smacks him around a bit and orders him to call her and tell her to come to the house.
MEANWHILE, Erin's right-hand man at CTU starts to interrogate Heller's son, who is distraught. Before they get anywhere, however, the Internet virus takes effect and broadcasts Heller kneeling, blindfolded and gagged and stripped to his undies. Behind him are three masked men holding guns, and one announces that Heller is about to be tried for war crimes. The trial will be broadcast on the Net.

Very reminiscent of the first season thus far.
And that's not a bad thing at all. The first 13 episodes of the first season were the high point of the series to date.
Oh, andSpoiler:Ronnie died.

Anyway, did that all make sense in the context of whenever it went off the air for you, TEF?

It did make sense. And I have no idea...its usually a 10 o'clock broadcast. Although for tonight I'm back at my parent's house (near NH, 40 miles away from the city), so that might have something to do with it."I predict your ignore will rival Ben's" - Ecofarm

And the girl showing up. Utterly predictable on those points.Originally posted by Guynemer

to dumping kim/Chase/tony/michelle/palmer
though I bet we'll see kim and chase at some point.
heller's daughter looks like a Heidi Fleiss impersonator
They made the new CTU chief into a complete moron *****. Hopefully they can do a better job explaining her actions...so far its "***** is always wrong, jack is always right, blah blah blah" It shouldn't be that one-dimensional.
I hope that the boy actaully kills his girlfriend, that would be a shock
