Unfortunately we cannot sell honey anymore, as our production is merely enough for the supply of Carthage and ourselves.
Our Soldiers would fight for you for 30 talents plus half of the spoils of war. In regards to our good relations with Carthage we´d have to insist in double payment, though. We wouldn´t want to lose our wine and salt suppliers...

Greetings! Thank you for your restraint during these years. Your secision not to join Pyrrhus has won you many friends in Rome and our admiration. Therefore we would like to invite you to this one last battle against gallian barbarians

Right now between Nicaea an Massilia a group of Southern Gauls plot yhe best way how to plunder your cities. They consist of about 4000 horsemen and over 10 000 raiders. These barbarian pose a threat to our colony, Medioanum. But even more they pose a direct threat to the people of Nicaea, Massilia and at the end Adria too.

We dont have resources at the moment to deal with these savages ourselves so we ask you to fight on our side for safer times sake. When this threat is removed we are willing to make a permanent treaty with you and secure your independence and unquestioned soveigrenity.

We guarantee the freedom for you and propose that we form a Joint Northern Defence Army wich command is to be given to an independent Defence Counsil. It would be an international peacekeeping assembly funded by us all, together. We also give your embassadors permanent seats in the Senate even though you are not part of the Republic as a testimony of our genuine willfulness to solve the tensions in the North and to provide you a channel to directly negotiate withing the Senate.

This way we can all ensure our continuing peaceful co-existance and efficiently thwart any foreign invasion or similar threat.
