We will not become involved in the Caribbean, except to protect the soverigenty of Cuba and our allies' colonies.

Who occupied US territory, Cuba, who enslaved the Carrabean, Cuba, who has taken over all of South America,m Argentina, Brazil and Venezula.

The US proposes the follwing. We shall allow Balkan Alliance bases to be in the US. The US will immediatley enter your alliance. The US shall pay benefits to the famalies of dead Balkan Alliance soldiers as this is nominally our fight. We shall also include free trading pacts with your nations. We will not seek reperations but support you to do so. We only wish to take the territory of Chihua, Sonora and Baja California as pernament US states to prevent any futher aggresion from Mexico.
The Carranean Federation is to have all territory except for Cuba in the Carrabean and Argentina, Venezula and Brazil are to go back to their 1900 borders the nations they occupy to be given independence.
