I see that you have airplanes, but at this point their are no bombers. All anyone has is recon planes and planes with machine guns mounted on them. THey are easly shot down by infantry. Only thing you can do is drop bombs by hand from a plane which do little damage.

Austrain Forces , allthough the Portugal thinks they have stop them with their planes, they have shot many down with their guns and the rest did little damage to the line.

To China: These most recent terms are reasonable. They are not favourable to France, but we are so dedicated to attaining peace that we will accept them.

To France:
We will sign a ceasefire. We are ordering our troops to hold their postions and they will not advance or attack anymore, but if they are shot at the ceasefire is over.
These our terms for peace:
1.) Hong Kong, Hainan Islands will be leased to you for a period, 2 years.
2.) All other lands will be return to China.

The first term we can talk over, but our ally China only wants you to have these lands for 2 years, if this is not acceptable we will see what we can do in talking China to extend this period of time.

I will agree to return all other lands to China without regret, and even that Hong Kong and Hainan will be leased to me for two years, however I propose that at the end of those two years the people of those places be allowed to choose their own fate.

To Japan: We accept, and shall we resign an alliance?

To Venezuala and Mexico: We will not support a Cuban take over of the Carrabean.

In response to the invasion of the US by Venezula, the US Eastern Army fresh from the Philipines has launched massive assults on the Mexican and Venezualan homelands. Coupled with an assualt from Us Army North and US army Carrabean the Mexican and Venezualan Coalition are sent reeling.

The US starts funding the remnants of the rebels (occ: after 5 years there would stillbe people opposed to the new regime) The rebels have taken over a province near the UCA border. The US Army north have retaken the provinces they have held and make fortifications. The fortifications easily overrun by the use of mustard gas against the defenders.

In Venezuala the Us army makes little headway but they have resloved to have the US navy blockade the nation. Cuba had not been landed upon but all other Carrabean Islands have been put into the Carrabean Federation. Cuba remains under blockade

Last but not least the US Army East fresh from the Carrabean struck the Western Coastline of the Mexico, quickly adavincing cutting the nation in half. The city of Mexico has been placed under seige, and the Mexican government has been seen fleeing, as the Mexican people rise up against them.

we will sign a defensive alliance if you stop the blockade of Cuba. Whatever the situation between you two, this situation is harming British business.

To the Britiash: The reason for our blockade is to enforce that no country is to be imperialist. Therefore we shall not include the Cubans in the Carrabean Federation. The Cuban military shall never threaten anyone anymore.

To Russia: Now that the war with France seems to have ended we can start a second naval building program, now that peasants, and workers are not required to fight. We can build you the ships you need in one year and that can be given in exchange for Mongolia, all the markings on your navy are in Chinese and these may cause you difficulties in runing the ships in the future. (ooc: China has many people to run this campaign to build the neccessary ships for the Russian to go up a ranking in navy in one years time.) We are glad to see your willing compliance in this matter.

To France: We agree to this terms. We would still like though a small amount of money be payed to help ease tension between your two nations.

To Italy: We are sad to see that you think that Mongolia is not similar to your culture and dialect, and you think that Russians better suit us. Mongolia would prefer us to rule them then Russians. Mongolia has much history that they share with us more so then Russia.

To Austria, and Ottoman(secret): The Chinese people have much to thank you for, if you are ever attacked we will come to your aid. May your peoples continue to prosper!

To Germany (secret): We see that your willingness to battle the France has come little too late we are not at war with France no longer nor do we seek to cause anymore conflicts unless your allies are attacked by France.

To U.S.: We do not seek conflict with you, but if you try anything against us we will defend yourselfs. We have nothing to say to you to now.
