Russian forces are now 10 miles outside of Chinese capital, and now the leadership of China is willing to talk peace with Russia. The peace talks are being held now in Moscow and the Chinese are willing to accept the terms of the Russian goernment.

The German forces in the Far East an army 250,000 strong have started advancing. The Prtectorate of Tibet was established, anbd the dalai Lama still rules his land, with Germany protecting him. Germany then prceeded into China to defend the Western reaches from Russian aggression.

In Africa Germany has claimed all of Afirca south of Italy and west of Ethipopia. The German African Korps a force made of the German Foreign Legions and a 200,000 strong profesional force have started occupying and builing fortifications in the new land. The Kaiser has hailed these heroes.

Meanwhile all throughout Germany the rail system continues the mobilisation against Russia.

The Secret Treaty of Lhasa between Russia, Germany and the WCI

(Secret): This is the Treaty of Lhasa. In it the Chinese Empreror disapears. Russia gains the Green part of China. The Orange part of it goes to the German Reich. The Purple part is the New Protectorate of China adminsitred by the WCI. This is to prevent the superpowers going to war.

The Brown BTW is The German Prtectorate of Tibet. Another proviso of this treaty is that Russia recognises Tibet and the German expansion in Africa as legitiamate.

OOC: I assume I just start RPing. I looked through this thread and no one seemed to be Britain, so..

After gaining control of the United Kingdom, the new Prime Minister sailed to all overseas colonies. He believed Madagasgar(sp?) was a vital area, so he send an undisclosed amount of destroyers and marines to the island. He also sent explorers to the mainland, with the intention of a possible settlement there.
