I will take the Ottoman Empire. First diplomatic actions:

To England: It would be wise to ally with us.

To Germany: We propose a peace treaty, so we can both concentrate out military efforts elsewhere.

To Italy: If you allow us to expand southward, we have no problem with your country ruling NW africa.

To Russia: Persia needs to be destroyed. Would you join an alliance against it?

To Russia (secret): SOunds good, we're allies. Who else should we look to for allies? If we can convince CHina to open up they might be a valuable ally against GErmany's colonies/virtual puppet state of Siam. Also, I think Zululand and Ethiopia would be useful. Although the Zulus sided with GErmany int he Great War, I think we can convince them that GErmany and Italy are getting too strong and will soon take over all of Africa if we don't stop them now.

Argentinian navy, with help from expanding merchant marine and growing trade fleet has begun securing pacific atols and tiny islands for criminals of very bad acts. usable islands are also being settled as semi-atonomous colonies and perimeter military defense bases. Further expeditions, both private and state sponsered, are being sent into Pacific to further open up islands for Argentinian use. (Falkland Is. also, if they haven't been claimed.) Argentina is also open to trading goods, skills, labors, and knowledge/technology with any nation. tariffs are low for all and for new techs and industries/businesses tariffs are nonexistent

The German government asks the Arghentines to enter an agreement in the intrests of all peoples. An alliance toi make sure the Argentinian and German people are not denied what is righfully theirs.

The new German Kaiser seeing what the CSA is doing in relation to their negros has asked for manuition. The Negro population is to once again be free. We also support the Canadians.

The German African colonies and Asian colonies have grown again, as the Japanese accpet the German alliance. Zululand has also been a member for many years.

Internal Argentinian actions:

one month before election government discovered in bribery plot and corrupt schemes are uncovered in almost all parts of administration! Reform party sweeps elections in following months. Reform party (official name: Merit and Justice Party) reorganizes gov to weed out corruption and end favoring of special interest groups. Emphasis on economy and industrializing remains, but with emphasis on prosperity for working classes. Middlemen and investors no longer subsidized. Investment continues, but without protection from government, emphasizing productivity by actually working and producing some material or service. Government also hires unemployed for civil projects. pacific island colonies reorginized as specialty communes, semi-autonomous but fully participating in the Argentinian economy and advancement. Peasants from Brazil and Colombia are beginning to sneak across border into Argentina. Argentina (officially) attempts to stop refugees, but claims protection for all that are already in Argentina and willing to become productive citizens. Relations with Colombia are cold and with Brazil are tense.

To germany from Argentina

we would certainly like to pursue friendly relations, and support all efforts to bring a good quality of life to your citizens. We will certianly formalize treaties of cooperation and trade. However, as we see no threats to our (or your) liberty or prosperity in other countries, we will decline a military alliance. Economic/industrial cooperation we would love to have.

We want to have Britain and the United States join our alliance as well. Germany and their evil allies must be stoped. If you wish to have any others join our alliance just speak up. Currently we though are not open to allying with China. But if they conitnue in their ways, we will have it so China is allied with us. China is a growing threat to the Russian Empire, and so is Japan as well.

OOC: 1 day=1 year. Also, Sheep, I don't think you can claim that Japan would ally with you. They are isolationist. Also, good luck trying to get Mexico as an ally, they are very closely allied with the WCI.

TO China (someone should really take China): I know you don't like us Westerners, but you must talk to us. Germany and Siam are your enemies. Germany has hopes of colonizing all of Asia and Africa, which includes you! Ally with me and Russia and you will get a favorable settlement of teh border dispute you have with Russia (OOC if russia objects say so and this will be cut out of the message) and Siam. Germany's plan to conquer you will be stopped.
