Troop Movements: 5 Battalions of 120,000 Red Coats have entered Ethiopia. The surprise gained by false peace talks have let the troops halfway through Ethiopia with only 10,000 losses. On the Western front, troops have advanced slightly slower, however, the Ethiopians have lost 300,000 men after being caught sleeping. Ethiopia is expected to be conquered in 3 weeks.

To Germany and Ottoman Empire: The Ottoman empire should keep out of our colonization plans. Please, the Treaty of Rio is virually redundant. Stop dictating other countries, or we shall call upon or allies to put a stop to your militaristic stance.

After completly destroying the Ethiopian Militia, British Troops are stationing near to the Ottoman Border, in solidarity with our Ally.

Argentina has been issued an ultimatum by the UAAK. Translation was difficult, but the content of the message was fairly clear and simple. It essentially came down to:
"Remove all your forces and colonists from Australia or be annihilated."
Argentina did not respond.
Following that, the Argentine colony on Australia was attacked and the UAAK sent out its limited navy against the Argentinian navy. The UAAK navy was utterly destroyed due its limited numbers and extemely inferior equipment/tactics. It is possible that they retained some navy that didn't attack, but whatever the circumstances, Argentinian naval supremacy over the UAAK is almost 100% guaranteed. The UAAK army met with somewhat more success due to their superior numbers, but the better weapons and fortification of the Argentinian colony kept army losses to medium. The UAAK army withdrew and the Argentinian army counterattacked, scattering the enemy forces but leaving many unkilled and escaped. Moderate numbers of reinforcements are being shipped to Australia, however it is uncertain how long this backup will last as their is an opposition group to the war developing in Argentina. Colonists, however, continue to spread out into the pacific (including a second colony on Australia that has been equally fortified). Economy and industry of Argentina remain strong and people are prosperous. Colonies have been offered full representation as states in Argentinian union. Some have declined, choosing to retain their colony status, but in addition to some minor islands the Big Four (New Zealand, Tasmania, New Guinea, and Australian colonies) have accepted statehood though representation is difficult due to distance and the entire lands have by no means been subdued, though deportation of natives that refuse to be annexed is proceeding as smoothly as can be expected.

To Germany and Great Britain:
Stop your advances into Ethiopia or will not recognize any of your claims in China. THe Czar of Russian considers it an insult that Germany would even be allowed to have a peice of China, when in fact they tryed to help China in the war, allthough we reconize WCI claims in China.

Also any attack by Britain or Germany on Canada or CSA will mean war with the Russian empire and her allies be warned, we will not tollerate this warmonger amoung your nations. We wish to settle this disspute peacefully, and are willing to talk. If you wish to accept the prosal of the Ottoman Empire, we will back down from our postion.

THe Russian millitary has moved 2,000,000 men to the German border to prepare for war with Germany. Also resent drafts have added 200,000 men to the army and are also advancing on the border of the German controlled China. That is in addition ot 500,000 troops in the area. Also the Russian navy is now large, and we estatimate it will reach huge in 3 years time.
