How effective are the aircraft? I assume that the allied P-47's and Typhoons are pretty deadly, but I don't recall the Germans using airpower to great effect during the battle.

But on another note, I'm still on schedule for a release around the 20th. I'm almost 2/3 done with the events and should be by the end of this weekend.

At the end of operations on the 29th (and the end of the scenario), the Wehrmacht has penetrated to the Meuse but has been unable to secure any footholds because of tenacious allied defenses.

ok, i wrote some facts while playing your scenario. í´ll attach the file down here after playing through it.


just some things you should reconsider:

- rename the railroads to soething like outskirts, suburbs etc.

- when capturing some cities there pops up the message that "Sergeants take volunteers from **** to stay beNhind ..."

- why there are only "green" german units? For the Volkssturm units that´s ok but for the 6th SS Panzer Army .... I doubt that.

- I also cannot understand why the Panzer Lehrdivision consists of green units.

- If you capture a city there pops up the message that "*** pretiEge gained".

Oh yeah i had forgot about that prestige misspeling.

I think that veteran units give the german player a lot of edge. Plus most panzer crews that fought in the ardennes were green.

i also found that there are two cities called Stoumont exist. strange or was this your will?

Panzer Lehr was gutted after all the fighting. Most of Lehr in the Ardennes was green.
