And the Ducks beat the Red Wings in triple overtime.

      How about those Ducks?

How bout them Canucks. 6-0. I was about to gloat but it's bad luck, I guess I just did (knocks on wood). I can't think of a single thing Vancouver can take away from that game. Cloutier is going to have a hard time recovering, sorry.

        Go Blues.

And mad props to Gigi. I use to hate you (made the Blues look like punks) but now that you beat the Wings, I love ya. (albeit it's one game)

7 out of 8 of the first games taken by the lower seed, this is going to be awesome post season.

It's only the first games. It'll be interesting to see if the Canucks have what it takes to come back. With Crawford managing them, I doubt it, but who knows.

Detroit should have enough experience to know this is just one game, but experience also tells them what a super hot goalie can do for a team.

From what I have read, the Sens tried to play a hard-hitting game against the Isles and it back-fired. They'll probably go back to their old style and get their act together.

Philly is in trouble. Chechmanek must be having a massive confidence crisis after letting in four goals on 14 shots. Ten bucks says he'll throw another hissy fit before the series is over. Meanwhile the Leafs know they were sh!t lucky and will come out even stronger in the next game.

I took a walk for a few hours after the game, it was the best thing I did today.

Not their worst playoff game ever, but close.
Should have gone out with my friends instead of watching that game, but then again, what if they won, eh?

It's a seven game series, which is why the Stanley Cup is the best trophy. One win won't trash a team or clinch a cup, unlike the Super Bowl.

              But if they lose again..

Not worried. Wasn't worried last year, not worried now.

I would, of course, like to change my prediction to Detroit in six.

                      Boston just lost...
I'm surprised about Detroit, but then again, their losing the first two games to Vancouver last year got my hopes up only to see them win the Cup.

Heh heh heh. Dallas had a 6-4 tilt in the final seconds and couldn't get it done. 2-1 Oilers.

And Detroit will win the series - this is becoming an annual thing now

Detroit is dead. The difference this year is that the Wing's are facing a team with a hot goalie.

                              Heavens!

                              3-2 for the Oilers.

That was one of the greatest games I've ever seen!

                              Dvorak's goal was positively Gretzkyesque!

I'm still very, very nervous, though...
