Ok I got some ideas!
Suggestions to new revision of the Geneva convention.:
§1. War for fun.
Mudwrestling, pillowwar, waterguns and waterballons are allowed and so are snowgrenades, but under certain restrictions. Minimal allowed softness on snowgrenades are set to follow TSSS. (The Svalbard Standards of Snowplay.) Ice fragment grenades are banned from use in funny warfare since they can cause concussion, or damage hearing or sight.
§2. Strategy.
Is only allowed in games. Might be a boardgame or on a computer.
This convetion encourages Civilization games for resolving the international conflicts.
§3. Leaders.
Each head of state shall play at least 4 hours a day one optional Civilization game to satisfy his/her lust for conquest and destruction, so he/her will not ruin other peoples real lives with it.
Should we send this to Geneva?
